'Not all suicidal people are depressed, and not all depressed people are suicidal' ?

Kinda, the whole thought proccess leading up to the decision of killing yourself is a depressive state of mind. You are not feeling uplifted and encouraged like everything will be ok soon. They kill themselves because they feel there is no way out, the pain is too unbarable, the thought of what I am about to face is too much and I don't want to go through that, I can't go through that. Even if they are in a peaceful state when they commit the act, it is only because they believe they are finally going to get some peace and freedom from their situation and they have come to accept their decision.

I do, whole-heartedly, agree that not all depressed people are suicidal. Many people learn to take what is given to them and work out what they can, how they can. (suicide not being an option)

you can commit suicide without being depressed (just for having major problems..) ..

so.. yes i agree
