Have any countries gone on to develop underwater habitats?

No way!  If you have ever been underwater, It is a heck of a place to live.  Very harsh, most Yahoo noobs, like Bob, Trevor, Dana, would simply faert and die!

I don't know how many people like the submarine thing on a twenty four seven basis
