Do you believe you can use the human body as a radio receiver?

I did it once by accident and it worked for me.When setting up my computer i had the computer speakers pluged into the power socket turned on and the other end was in my hand.My wife and i and our granson gilbert heard the local radio come though the computer speakers as clear as day.We could not beleive it.We listened to the radio for 30 seconds and my hair stood on end and i had a funny tingling sensation in my head.I let go of the plug to see if my wife and gilbert could do the same thing.It would not work for them.I tryed it a second time and the radio worked perfect.After i stopped i had a nasty headake for 24 hours.I assioated the headake with the radio waves going though my head.I will not try this again.I do not know what long term side effects it has on the human body.That was 12 months ago and nothing has happened to me yet.I guess it worked for me as i am a psychic where my wife and granson are not.If you want to try thisyourself don;t do it for more than 30 seconds.

yes, it doesn't take much to pick up radio stations. I remember building a transistor radio kit when I was a kid and it was basically a speaker, a wire and a piece of quartz. I have also heard a story of someone getting a radio station with thier braces, but I am too lazy right now to verify if this is true.

Sure, but this is well known. The coils in speakers already act like antennas and it's not unheard of that a PA or guitar amplifier has picked up a radio station just via the speaker coil circuitry. When you're in contact with your computer speakers, you may be setting up a capacitive coupling with your body, and that is also known to affect the sensitivity of an antenna. It may be enough for those speakers to pick up a broadcast from a nearby station.

Anything electrically conducting can function as a receiver.  Why do you think in the old days when we had rabbit ear antennas on TVs we'd have the picture right, let go, and then it goes to h**l?  

We are not GREAT conductors of electricity, but we're fairly large so it works.

Nothing to do with your alleged "psychic" abilities.

Those radio waves are going through your head 24/7 anyway, irrespective of what you are doing.

I have picked up what seemed to me to be radio waves while out of the body ( astral projection ).  I heard what sounded like am radio.  The music was loud and distorted.

So I guess you can also pick up radio waves when you project also.
