  1. yea sure

  2. yes, I always have

  3. You should check with the bride. It really is her call. Keep in mind that you will be busy during the wedding and the reception afterward. Your date may be left to himself for long periods of time. You might start worrying about him when it is your duty to focus on the well-being of the bride.

  4. If your invitation says "and guest", yes.  Otherwise, no.

  5. If they're allowing other invitees to bring a guest, then you too are entitled to bring a date but let the bride know you'll be bringing a guest so she can accommodate him.  He'll have to sit by himself during the ceremony (you'll be up front with the bride) but hopefully the bride will have arranged the reception seating so you will be sitting together,

  6. I would first get the approval from the bride and groom. Explain that if there is any further expense regarding having the extra person at the reception, that you would be willing to cover the expense for your guest.

  7. Presuming you're a bridesmaid... doesn't that mean you're close to the bride?? Ask her man!

  8. That would be okay to do. No problem!

  9. You can. But your date might spend the time alone. You won't be with him at the wedding ceremony because you will sit up frond with the the wedding party/ And you will probably sit with the wedding party at the reception. And there might not be room for him at the table. As a bridesmaid your job is to help out the bride with whatever she needs. This could keep you fro spending time with your date.
