  1. Only if you exercise in your sleep.

    you burn calories in your sleep.

    but not alot,

    so you could get up early in the morning, and just walk aroundn and get ready, and burn more calories then you can sleeping the rest of the day.

    plus, oversleeping actaully makes you tired.

    9-10 hours are the magic numbers.

  3. yes, Over 2000 Calories might i add... but oversleeping will NOT help, a scary dream might though :D

  4. Of course you do. Respiration, blood circulation, digestion, and cellular metabolism continue, and the brain is active in dreaming and supporting autonomic functions. On a cold night, a lot of calories can be burned to maintain body temperature.
