  1. I do when I can bit I'm a student and can't afford organic all the time. There are some things I think you should always buy organic like chicken and eggs because they are often pumped full or hormones and antibiotics. I would if I could grow my own fruit and vegies, thats as organic as you can get and ends up being alot cheaper.

  2. Some things I do. It depends on what I'm going to use it for.

Cucumbers for example. I will buy the regular ones for most purposes, since I usually peel my cucumbers. But because the "regular" cucumbers are sold waxed... If I want to use them partially peeled, for a decorative effect, in salads etc... I will buy the organic ones. This is because, no matter what you use to wash them, or how hard you scrub them. You simply cannot get all the wax off. The FDA says that it's safe to eat the wax and that its food grade paraffin. But I worry about what's trapped under the wax (dirt, pesticide residue).

I don't think either regularly grown or organic is healthier than the other nutritionally speaking.

  3. not really.  I buy the normal stuff because I'm trying to save money. I don't really believe organic is healthier for you.   In my opinion, the normal stuff is good enough. I just rinse it really good.  If organic was cheaper, i'd buy it.

  4. yes, always, i don't want that chemical **** in my body, it is much healthier, go to the supermarket look at for example the strawberries or the apples the non organic ones are enormous !!!  Strawberries aren't suppose to be that big, also u can taste the difference in organix mmm taste much better, give it a shot

  5. Honestly, I think it's a complete scam.  They charge extra because farms and orchards are already set up to use pesticides and contracts with pesticide companies have already been sigined, so if you want something pesticide free and want to remain cancer free, you pay extra.  Next they will be charging us to use nonsmoking areas!!

  6. They cost too much and they are not healthier. Sorry, we are not getting out of this world alive. None of us will... :-(

  7. no..it's not worth it..i was in the store today and for a container of cherry tomatoes organic was 5.50 and for the regualr it was 2.50 im not gonna pay double for something..and the regualr ones said from the usa..i mean if you wash it you'll be fine..i have never gotten sick off produce..
