Do you care about...?

Do you really care for those who are starving? Think of you in their position. Do you care of those in Africa,Mexico,Russia, and Iraq? All those children with no parents. Do you really care?

Of course I do.  I wish I could help alleviate their suffering.  That's why we should do all we can to help make their lives better.

Yep cos it's not their fault they live like that it's because of their governments and in the case of Iraq partly to do with our government but what makes me laugh is when they bomb the cr@p out of them and then give them aid and food parcels just so they can say "aren't we kind".

I don't really care.  I know I should but I feel nothing.  We have starving people here in this country that I care about more.

Honestly, no. I know I'm spoiled and think a pimple is a world crisis, but we are American. We always think of ourselves or our close ones, then maybe others. I'm 14.  I wish I did, but I also wish I was a billionaire

i think i do. if i was rich like donald trump or something i would give away most of my money to help those in need-as long as i knew it would get to them to help and stuff. also, i would like to adopt a bunch of foster kids-if i had the money.

I have this obsession with joining every charity possible!

Hearing news like starcing children is something that we always hear. It is so so so sad, so I want to make a difference. Do you  know any good charity I could donate to?

You know how one person can change the world?

I think as a people of this world we should care. A lot of us sit and watch CNN, Nbc etc and see the amount of suffering and plague around the world. Many shed a tear and are in the moment. After that moment has subsided many go back to their regular lives. That is a moment care and that is not what we need as a people. We need people willing to get up and assist, not shed a tear or two and then get on with their lives and not stretching to help. I do care about the others in the countries that are not only starving but those children as well who are forced into cheap labour, being prostitutes, being gangsters and drug dealers they need help as well.The world has money to stamp out these problems but instead that money goes for weapons for war, bombs etc. We need to appeal  to the governments and those in authority to help not only stare at the screen but to put real money to drive away these existing problems. And then and only then will people be able to live the comfortable life that all of us as a people deserve to live.

I do care about those who are starving and those who are homeless. However, I choose to help those in that situation who are in my local community. I think the US is big on helping those in other countries and forgets all of the folks who are citizens here who happen to be in bad situations.

Yes -  I do. I don't have anything to give them. I LOVE helping people - but in the USA, being 13, I can't exactly leave my house to help them - if I had a way to I would though.

Yes, I really do.  I have more compassion than sometimes I even want.  It breaks my heart to see anyone in pain.  I donate as much and as often as I can.  It's not much because I don't have a lot of money myself, but I always recognize that as an American, I DO have it better than a lot of people in the world.

if i didn't care then why am i sending atleast 5 cans of food everytime i shop donating food on spare time i don't like the idea that people are dieing.

I do care. When I think about it is VERY sad but one thing I don't think I do  is put myself in their shoes :( but I do CARE about people like that......IT IS SO SAD....

They are at many other places too. The rich are too few to mitigate the gigantic problem. Those who really can even in these countries are busy self seeking.

Yes and that is what is so good about foster parents plans and other agencies that allow us to sponsor these children in hopes their lives will be improved.
