  1. Jackson, if you don't like it then STOP ANSWERING. YOU'RE PISSING ME OFF NOW!

I don't at all. I know I am a true fan and if people don't belive me then oh well. I agree with you. You don't have to be from anywhere specific to like anyone. Jackson is just a moron.

  2. I'm a Yankee fan living in Florida and I defy anyone to call me a bandwagon fan.  Those who are quick to point fingers are usually the same so called fans who couldn't name the starting lineup of the team they claim to be a fan of.

  3. Even though thankfully I haven't been called one, I still wouldn't like that. But I'm a true fan and I know that so I would just let it go.

  4. not really, if your a true fan

  5. No. I've stuck it would with Texas almost 12 years. =]

  6. Don't worry about it, it's not your fault you have bad taste in picking sports teams

  7. I do a little because people think everyone in Boston jumped on in 2004 and that's really not true at all. I've been going to games since the 90's and probably know more about baseball than the people calling me bandwagon fans, so it gets on my nerves when people say something without any reasoning to back it up.  I usually just ignore it and/or tell them to come up to Boston so we can compare old ticket stubs.

  8. do i care? well no i don't care because i know i'm not.

To be honest hardly anyone thinks i'm a true fan of baseball. I've been what do you call it.. stereotyped all my life.. even now.. classmates, diff people think i'm faking and always are surprised when they find out i love baseball

the dumb thing is they don't even give me a chance. its always "oh she's just saying that"

    I guess short asian girls can't love baseball -___-;

  9. Actually I've watched SF Giants, Oakland A's and New York Yankees games religiously since 1971.  I have applauded World Series wins by NY and Oakland and the playoff wins by the Giants.  When the three teams lose, I look forward to the next game.  I've been in Candlestick Park when the attendance was 500, have watched the A's when attendance dropped to 175 and have watched games at Yankee Stadium in the 80's when they had rare losing streaks.

My idea of casual wear consists of authentic licensed MLB jerseys, jackets and shirts from SF, Oakland & NY.  My memorabilia collection has autographs from players on those three teams and my TV even has Fox Sports New England and DirecTV PPV Baseball so that I can follow the Yankees when they're playing back east and in the midwest.

I'm not a bandwagon fan because I enjoy when they win and can cope with it when they lose.  Only thing is when the Yankees come to San Francisco during the preseason or play Oakland during the regular season.  I cheer for everyone on the field!

  10. NO. I specially love it when the team i jump on wins, and their home team loses. It's the best.

  11. If you have always liked the Yanks then you are not a bandwagon fan. The Yankees are popular all over the world.

  12. They'd never call me that, because "Master-(B)road-Caster" (me) is not a fan of any particular team. I am a fan of Major League Baseball...;)

  13. I get so much c**p for being a Boston fan. Everyone calls me a bandwagon fan. But i don't care because i know my teams are the greatest.

  14. you guys just won't let this go will you

  15. yes, because i'm not

  16. I MYSELF know i am a true fan. If they say it i block them.....that simple!

  17. Well, nobody calls me a Bandwagon fan b/c like you, I stick to my team, even if it kills (I'm referring to the Phillies lack of offense lately).  I do care if people trash talk my Phils, but of course I'll usually blast back a comment at them. (ex: most mets fans talking about how much better they are than the Phils and I'll just tell them "at least my team didn't have one of the worst collapses in baseball history")

  18. Don't stress it. Root for your team as always and don't worry about it.

I've been a Yankees fan for almost 30 years, so I scoff at the idea of anyone challenging my fanhood.

  19. Nope. I don't care, plus I'm not a bandwagoner, I like the A's, if I was a bandwagoner, I would not like them. So, I don't care if people call me that because, like you said, they don't know you and if I like the A's, then I'm not a bandwagoner. I'm a true fan, no matter how many games the A's lose, I will always be there for them and support them. That's my opinion though. Good question. Here's a star.

  20. no because i am not one

  21. I just laugh when they try to call me a bandwagon Yankee fan when i been a fan for 30 years lol.

  22. Once or twice no. But when people consistently call you a bandwagoner, it gets annoying real fast. But it's not really an insult to me.

  23. No...because deep down inside only you really know if you're a fan or not.  It is not up to others to decide that for you.  RR
