Question:

Do you care if you're wierd?

If you're out some where in public and you catch strangers looking at you with a 'uhhh' look on their face, does it bother you?

There's a lot of people who say they don't care what people think of them, but I think everyone cares a lıttle bit to an extent.

Here's an example. Britney Spears said she didn't care what people thought of her, but that was a few years before her breakdown. So maybe if you don't care what people think it could be a bad sign, and therefore it's normal to not want to be wierd.

Ok, I'm confusing myself and lost track of my point. Britney was a bad example. Anyway, like the first line says above, do you care what other people think of you?

  1. Sorry but I have enough issues to be worrying about what other people are thinking. If I am having a good time then I don't care. My rule of thumb is: Always trust your gut instinct and there's a time and place for everything. You can act weird and be silly in pubic as long as you respect yourself later for it.

As far as the Spears thing, I'd suggest she wear underwear for now on. She was a bad example b/c she was going through a rough time which now she seems to be getting help for Thank god. GL

  2. I believe every one(if one admits or not) cares what others think about them.

If some one asks why are you like that...People just say I don't care what others think about me....but they should realize that at-least they are care to reply.

  3. I'm not only weird, but amusing as h**l.

  4. To some extent, but for the most part no. At my age I am who I am and I'm not likely to change much, so there's no point in getting worked up over what others think of me. I know I do the best I can to be a good, honest person and that's all that really matters.

  5. everyone cares SOME what. It's human nature. However it is how you control yourself that matters. I have seen the most conservative girls go nuts after a few drinks and the most goth girls cry in the same situation. Underneath it all we are the same and all bleed red blood. how we try to portray it is our own expense.

  6. I think I did when I was younger. It was easy to be self-conscious and think everyone was looking at you and judging you. But with age comes a 'don't care' attitude and if anyone looks at me funny these days I just give them 'the glare' and that soon stops them. Be happy and proud of who you are and how you look.

  7. I care enough that I won't go to the grocery store in my pajamas for example, but if someone were to judge me because my clothes weren't designer or my handbag or whatever, I'd say s***w them.

  8. I do care if I come across as rude, unprofessional, etc at work and in social situations.

If someone comes and visits me at my house without me knowing and i'm in my house-clothes all messy and whatnot, no I don't care because that's just what I look like in my house!

Also, people who 'say' they're weird are normally the most normal and self-conscious people out there, who want people to think they're weird!

Good question, I agree that everyone cares to some extent.  I mean, why would someone say "I don't care what people think of me" unless they care enough to make sure the person they're talking to knows it?  That wasn't worded very well but you get my drift!

  9. I care less now, than I did when I was younger.  But I think almost everyone cares at least a little bit what others think of them.

  10. when people look at me there jealous so it dont bother me

like hu cares wat other pplz fink its ur life do wat u want

  11. I care what other people think about me. Everyone does to some degree. The thing is to make sure your not trying to impress other people and you are being yourself. We all have feelings.

  13. Sometimes....   I worry about what people think of me.  My family knows I'm weird so in most regards I'm ok with it coming from them.  But other people I get self-conscious

  14. no

  15. As said earlier, the older you get the less you start to care about what people think of you.  People who do that usually have issues themselves like low self esteem and they are looking for someone to focus that low self esteem on, just like school bullies.  As you get older you should start to think about it less and less as you will have a million other things on your mind at the time.
