yes i change my pajamas every night.. You can change them every other night but i just think its cleaner of you change them every night.

I'll usually wear the same nightgown for 3-4 nights as long as I dont get it dirty. If I do get it dirty (spill food on it,etc.) I will get a clean one out.

It depends on how you sleep! I go 3 or 4 nights then change and I do the same with my kids!
