  1. Yes, when I have the chance to take a shower three times a day (obviously when I'm not at work and in the summertime).

    I have a high standard of hygiene.

  7. If you take that to a logical conclusion you'd have to change your trousers, shorts, dress, skirt, tights etc.etc.

    Bit of hassle for something you should be proud of e.g. when you do it in a restaurant and the person sitting behind you on the next table, slumps forward. That's an achievment.

  8. You actually f**t a lot more than you realise as most of it slowly comes out as you exercise etc. So that is an impossible thought. It doesnt do anything, it's just air, as long as you change every day then you should be fine.
