do you choose to ignore the science that illustrates that the rising temperature of the earth is directly linked to the fluctuating surface temperature of the sun ?

are you so sure that the "carbon footprint" of man is "outshining" the suns energy ?

I agree that we all need to stop putting toxins into the land, air and sea, and I think this whole "global warming" "threat " is a distraction (and a money maker for some people) from ending war, turning soldiers into troops to be deployed to help after natural disasters...

one world, right ?

  1. What I know is rather global warming is caused by the sun or by pollution on Earth, we cannot battle mother nature. The best bet for people and other life is to work with nature and use it to our advantage. Examples:

    1. Set up a system to store floodwater establish a surplus and save it for dry periods. Also use water surplus to distribute water over wider areas of land.

    2. Merger of nature/technology: Desalination plants to utilize ocean water and turn it into fresh water to drink.

    3. Use the strong power of the sun in areas such as the Sonora and Sahara deserts to set up large solar energy grids and power up the regions.

    4. Use wind turbines in turbulent and windy areas to generate electricity and power up those regions.

    5. Ensure the restoration of wetlands to serve as a buffer zone to absorb the wrath of hurricanes and to preserve the local environments.

    6. Use sewage as another source of energy, cutting solid wastes.

  2. i agree

  3. I AGREE WITH YOU 300% DUDE. I JUST WATCHED A VIDEO IN SCHOOL CALLED THE GLOBAL WARMING SWINDLE, AND IT COMPLETELY PROVES GLOBAL WARMING IS A SCAM AND THE TEMP ON EARTH IS ON LY GETTING HOTTER BECAUSE THE SUN IS. THE BAD STUFF WE RELEASE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE CHANGES OUR CLIMATE SO LITTLE THAT IT DOESNT MATTER IN TERMS OF GLOBAL WARMING.

  4. Global warming happend in the middle ages.  A good book to read is "The Great Warming" by Brian Fagan

  5. i think global warming is like a pimple.

you know its there and its always there, even if you solve one pimple another pimple would always pop up

global warming is here no matter what. even if the whole world stopped buying new shoes, stopped electricity, stop development and started planting trees 24/7, the effect has been done and it would take thousands of years to ix it if people continue without technology and just do environmetnally good things.

it is an insolvable problem just like all the other nice rubbish that the miss universes says . for example world peace, child labour, world hunger, poverty, unfairness, etc

  6. global warming isn't true... heres y... they say the ozone layer is leaving. WRONG! they have that theory because Antarctica is melting...actually there is volcano's under all the ice that are just becoming active for the first time in millions of years.this is true because scientist did sonar experiments in anartica...anyway the lava is melting the ice from the bottom causing it to be not as tall...also the water made from the melted ice causes the ice to move or slide down in to the ocean the ocean is warmer than the ice causing it to melt even more...theres ur explanation

  7. Your first question, no I do not choose to ignore science that suggests that the rising surface temperature on earth may be linked to the surface temperature of the sun. I do not choose to ignore science that suggests otherwise either.

Second question. No, I am not 100% sure that the carbon footprint of man plays a greater role than the fluctuation of the sun's surface temperature.

    Last question: Yes, one world.

My comment on your opinion inbetween: I also agree that we should stop pollution land, air and sea. That man linked global warming is a distraction and all pseudo science is too sweeping a statement for me to agree with, but yes, there is an element of political point scoring in. We will never get sustainable "green energy" production if we do not do more to end wars and oppressive governments. The whole world screams of activism about things we are not sure about, but nobody is willing to put pressure on a dictator in Zimbabwe that is deliberately starving most of his population for personal gain. Since the same dictator criticises western (Even humanitarian) "interference" as neo-colonialism, western countries would rather do something less deserving, which actually scores points in the new world order of correctness. Zimbabwe violates all the principles a free world (and Al Gore supposedly) believes in. If he really wanted to spend his money on something worthwhile, he could do something there NOW, which WILL relieve the suffering of millions. But then a lot of corrupt African leaders (whom the Western liberal establishment is trying to please) will criticise him for being a neo colonialist. So it's a better PR excercise to remain quiet, and please the corrupt leaders who claim to "fight for the poor" inbetween their games of Golf and lavish jet setting, to the detrement of the suffering people. Much better to attack the monster of man induced global warming, on which the jury is currently out on whether it actually exists.

We should not base our opinions on one "convincing" TV documentary, whether it be of the "global warming does not exist" or the "world will end if we don't act" type. They are all one sided to an extent, and they often have political motives. The truth is at the moment we are not sure, and best is, we do our best to find out and do not blind our selves to new findings, whether they confirm or contradict what we previously thought.

In the meanwhile we could do well to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels anyway.

  8. I don't believe in Global Warming.  It is just another thing Al Gore is trying to take credit for inventing it.  UGH.....

Our earth has been here for quite a while.  She will go through weather changes as she has for milleniums.  Sure cutting back on toxins can't hurt, but is is not the cause of anything huge like some would like to say.

Too many hands in this cookie jar of getting more money from government funding.  Too many scientist have reversed their thinking on this stupid thing.  They wised up to Al Gore and all the other tree huggers

  9. I keep repeating this fact so here goes again hum " One volcano releases more pollutants into the air than what man has since the dawn of civilization" what more proof do you need that man is not responsible for global warming. the evidence proves that global warming is not real! we fall for these panic traps to much! 1999 Y2K, 06-06-06, 2012 its all the same c**p. in the 1970s we thought we were falling into a new ice age. its all bunk.

  10. Global warming isn't real.

  11. we're not the cause of global warming, when you think bout it, its impossible for us humans, who are so weak, to distroy a whole planet. how is littering distroying earth? someone made a movie saying that what Ale Gore's documentary " an inconvient truth" is all bull. that it is b.c. of the suns raditaion. and it keep expanding and growing. before, it was said that in about 5 billion years, the sun will get so big that it will suck earth and the sorrounding planets into it, and we will all burn, if there still will be civilazation on earth that is. but it seems that the sun is growing at a quicker pace now. global warming isint our fault, we may help to speed up the process, just a tiny tiny bit. but the sun is to blame. even so, we cant just ignore that, and we should still try to recycle and use energy saving light bulbs ect.
