Do you commute from out of state?

I live in Baltimore and people commute from York, PA to avoid living with Maryland's expensive prices because of our horrible governor (Martin O'Malley, he has a lower approval rating that Bush). They are horrible drivers who drive either 20 MPH below the limit or 50 MPH above. They don't use turn signals and they are not courteous.
