Do you consider Jared Diamond as an anthropologist?

hi! I have like a semester Anthropology project, and I have to find out if this author is an anthropologist because I need an article written by an anthropologist!and I can't find anything else!

He is a great and original thinker but some of his work is definitely more related to anthropology than anything else.

Actually, he is a physiologist and geographer by training.  He does have interest in ornithology, as he did a study in New Zealand. His evolutionary biology interests are wide and he does extensively investigate anthropological questions.

Actually he is an ornithologist.  His lay books are very good and popular and include a lot of anthropology.

AN interesting anthropologist is Kenneth Good.  He wrote a book called Into the Heart, about his experiences with an Indian tribe (Yanomama) in Venezuela.

Part of the book's appeal is in the fact that he reveals himself as a real s***w up.  His more professional articles are easy to find on any search engine.  He has provoked a lot of controversy, makes him an easy subject to write about.
