Do you consider that a a pain in the heel hurts as bad as a charlie horse?

Depending on what could be causing the heel pain yes, it could hurt as bad as a charley horse.

There are several possibilities for what could be causing the heel pain such as a spur (a kind of growth that occurs on the bone but this is just an example only).  And if severe enough (if someone has this) it could hurt as much as a charley horse.
