Do you consider vilar a mexican folk hero?

After last night its official Vilar is a pimp, he slapped a white boy and started talking smack, he said "the united states is a dangerouse place, so watch out, also they like to buy everything too." i bet u he is going to get fined, but he spoke his mind and i give him props.
