Do you consider yourself an effective person? In what ways yes and in what ways no?

if you mean effective as in i have influence on people, then i think i do.....i have the ability to make people listen, and could be very persuasive. On the other hand, this could backfire, cause i don't believe that i have what it takes to lead at times.....

But if you mean effective as in do something good, i believe yes, because i like to help people, if for nothing else, i'm a very good listener.
