My recipe:nettle (500g only tops or young nettle), 1 coffe-cup rice, 4-5 tsp oil;3-4 spring onions, hot pepper, salt,mint,2 spoon flour
Slise nettle and spring onions. Fry onion, then rice.Put flour and mix.Put 300ml warm water (or more) and nettle ( very fine) and wait 30 minutes. Ready! Nettle is ferriferous!Bon apety!
