What is your opinion on Obama threatening legal action if stations air an attack ad pointing out the Obama/Ayers connection?

Kerry tried the same thing too, against the SwiftBoat Veterans and their ads.

If he can demonstrate that what is being said is demonstrably untrue then he should move forward with the case.  Freedom of speech is not freedom to lie or slander, undermining our democracy in the process.
