Do you donate??

I want to know if you donate money to one of those charities on tv. Not the good will aor anything like that. I mean like feed the children, or the animal shelters??If so which one?

I have donated money to feed the children and st. judes children's hospital, I'm proud that I did that.

Nope. I volunteer every week. I would rather donate my time, and see what my efforts have produced, than anonymously send out money.

I do not donate to things on TV.  Rather, I donate to a local club for adults with serious mental illness.  They do chores about their clubhouse to keep it clean and nice, then receive "club dollars" to use for purchasing clothing, food, etc. on site.  No need to pay for janitors that way and the members are able to purchase things they need.  A win/win situation.

I also donate canned and dried food twice a year when the United States Postal Service has their food drives.  The mail carrier picks up my donation at my door.  The food goes to our local food banks.
