Do you earn tips working at Panera bread?

I'm just curious as i just recently set up an interview with my local panera bread, i need a job desperately and it seems like a somewhat fun place to work. If i made tips it would be all the better though.

No you don't.  The "tip jar" that the other person is referring to is actually a charity jar.  The only way to make tips is to do the catering.
