Even after all the scares about Mad Cow Disease? I know it taste real good, but i kinda stopped eating it a few years ago when all dat started comin out. I still eat meat, like chicken, ham, pork, and everythin else, but You can get stomach cancer fromfrom beef and stuff, sometimes.

I stopped eating beef a while back because the way cattle are raised (generally) is disgusting and unhealthy.  I felt healthier after that too, except that I gradually have gone back to eating beef (although less often) because ham, pork, and chicken always have TONS of salt added.  If anyone knows where I can buy more natural precooked meats I'd like to know.
