  1. Yes.

    Everyday.

    First coffee, then food:

    Oatmeal, banana, milk, and yogurt. Or eggs, potato, mushrooms and veggies. Avocado, too, if they're ripe.

    Calories? Probably around 400-500. Breakfast is my largest meal of the day.

  5. Yes I always eat breakfast.  Each day.  Muesli and fruit or toast and peanut butter, or lean bacon and egg on one slice of toast.  Caloric values vary but try to keep downwards of 300.

  11. I eat breakfast just about everyday.  Every once in a while, I'll be running late and won't be able to, but for the most part, I do.  

    I almost always eat breakfast on the weekends because I have time to make it; or I can go out.

    What I like to eat for breakfast, is different from what I actually do end up eating.  I like bacon, eggs, sausage and hash browns.  Then some pancakes and orange juice on the side.

    I do not know how many calories I eat, I just purposely try to eat a lot if I can because very little of breakfast goes to waste on the grounds that after sleeping for like 8 hours your body is already running on reserves.  So you need to replenish yourself and fuel yourself for the day to come.  Please check the linky too! =)

  12. yea i had to because i felt like c**p starting the day without fuel

    i eat it everyday,and it is usually porridge  with fruit and i try and get in about 500 calories for breakfast and then dont eat too much the rest of the day

  16. I don't eat breakfast often, but did have some today as I was up earlier than normal and got a bit peckish.  I'm going to try and start eating a healthy brekkie daily though!

  17. About twice a week, just cereal or something. I just never have time, or we have no milk or something silly like that. I feel 10 million times better when i have breakfast though.
