Do you eat fast food? Do you know what's in it?

If you're eating that c**p please consider doing some research about what conditions the food is in, the chemicals and preseratives in it, and the grading and quality of it. If you do this, you'll never eat fast food again!

Yes but if you don't eat it all the time I'm sure you won't die.

Once in a while is just fine to eat fast food.  There's also chemicals and preservative's in a lot of food you buy and bring home from your local store.

My one friend in High School had a book that listed all the ingredients in each fast food restaurant's meals. It was so disgusting and unedible that I swore I wasn't going to eat it again. Bad part is: they add things that make you addicted to it, things that make it smell good, bad fast food! BAD!

Truth is: we all need a place to eat when we're on the go and starving. Fast food is the answer.
