Do you eat fish and spaghetti?

as a meal me and a friend was talking about this and she said she eat fish and macaroni yuck my family eat fish spaghetti, pickles and onions yum

I eat fish and spegetti.never heard of fish and mac .but when i moved from chicago to oklahoma everyone down here thinks fish and spegetti is weird.
