  2. I eat pretty healthy. My docter makes sure I'm hitting the nutritional goals as I had an eating disorder in the past.

    I have weetbix with soymilk with banana with jiuce for breakie, my snacks range from a wide range of foods such as raw nuts and seeds, carrot sticks, green apples, blueberry muffins. For lunch I usually have a salad sandwhich with the LOT and I drink water like crazy. For dinner I usually have some sort of meat substitute with veggies and you cant go past soy ice cream with strawberries. :D!

    Honestly, I don't give much thought to what I eat, I have recovered so well from my eating disorder. I just eat to nourish my body.

  4. daily vitamin, two calcium pills, the rest is basically just whole grains, seafood, and fruits and veggies.

I'll eat almost anything edible,  what you eat isn't as important as how much you eat.  Genetics plays a role too.  My father died at 95, my mother is still going strong at 85.  Neither is/was fat or unhealthy.  They too ate anything but in moderation.  "always leave the table a little bit hungry"

  7. I try to. My diet is laden with raw vege salads and bean soups. I buy what's on sale and try to keep a continually changing variety in them so I don't tire of them. There's a lot of times I don't have a healthy choice as an option so I choose healthy when I can.

  11. For dinner I had vegan fried rice, soy nuggets with low fat sweet and sour sauce and a asian veggie stir fry with soy sauce. mmmmm. and that's unhealthy for me. i usually eat healthier.

  12. i eat pretty healthy..i dont eat breakfast right not because i dont get up till liike 11..but once school starts i usually have some cereal or some fruit..usullly a salad or sandwich for lunch and my mom cooks for dinner..i drink a lot of milk..and i drink lemonade..and i dont snack..and i dont drink soda.
