  1. Personally, I don't believe I'd be able to eat at all if I were cooked.  Your experience may be different.

  2. funny how one answer pointed out that the best diet is 100% raw, then pointed out that legumes and grains where most vegetraisn and vegans get their protein needs to be cooked..so which one is it then? I thought we are more suited to be herbivores or are not meant to eat meat altogether? so How come we cannot eat 100% raw plants??

But we can and have and do normally eat raw  meat all the time.. Curious...

I eat a mix of raw and cooked.. but mostly cooked... Germs die when heated to temps..

  3. I eat a decent balance of both. =]

  4. The ultimate diet for health is the one we were designed to live on, so that would be 100% raw. This is however very difficult in odays enviroment, so I reccomend 80% raw, only eating your legumes, bread and some root vegetables.

  5. cooked!

oh wait, im not a vegan

    ooppps!

  6. raw  vegetables are so healthy and also you can eat cooked veggie but be sure that you cook them by a healthy way like steamed and also to make some change in your regime, some change is so good
