  1. Sometimes, just because it is pesticide free.

  2. i eat local, i think thats more important.

the organic veg from my garden and local small growers are definitely nicer than ordinary stuff, but i havnt noticed that much difference between shop bought organic and ordinary.

i think theres more to it than just not using pesticides etc, they have to be grown in good soil  with all the trace elements and so on. (and meat animals grazed or free range, not just raised in pens on feed).

  3. I don't eat oranic, but i know people who do. Alot of people do it because it is healthier for yourbody, and some people have to eat it because they are allegic to wheat and things so some people don't have a choice. It is always good though to try and eat organic food because it is good for you.

  4. I myself don't, however If it weren't so expensive I would at least try some organic veggies...they look so yummy in the grocery store, and plus if they don't have pestasides and wax on them(to keep them fresh)I bet they taste better.

  5. I eat only organic foods. Because my parents have brought me up on it only, practically. So maybe I'll only have organic food when i move out too. who knws

  6. I eat organic because I'm real taste sensitive. I taste a big difference between organic and non-organic. Sometimes conventional non-organics give me a stomach ache. So I stick with organic because it's healthier, I get more nutrients out of it, it tastes better and if I could, I buy local organic to support local family farms.

Even my pet bunny is an organic baby! I spoil her lots. She loves her organic carrot-tops!

  7. I prefer organics over conventional foods.  But I am also on a budget.  Foods that tend to be more contaminated, I buy almost strictly organic like most berries for example.  But I don't buy organic usually for foods with a thick peel that protects that food from contamination (example: bananas).

I also factor in whether or not it is local.  I find that I can often get cheap prices for local food at farmers markets.  And I make up for the extra cost of organic foods at the grocery store by not buying too much food that I would let go to waste.

  8. people say:"Organic food are good and woOow :) "

this kind of food is very expensive .. and I'm away of it

many people afraid of chemicals that are used in fertilizing the soil and those sprays which kill the insects

So they think that organic is the best

if person washes the fruit well then no fear of chemicals .. right??

    organic????

    it's better?                  no

Safe money?             nope I've said it's very expensive

    More nutritious??      no no no

Taste??                     it is the same of non organic food

that what i think .. and God knows

  9. I lived in Ecuador for 12 years. There was real organic food there as the farmer didn't know to use any pesticides. The fruit looked terrible from the insects bites.

  10. No.  Organic food is overpriced, poor quality, fast to rot, disease-ridden and ecologically devastating.

  11. People that eat organic are mostly vegans, people that don't eat anything to do with animal products like milk, eggs, ect. compared to vegetarians who eat poultry, and other animal products.

  12. Yes I do, for one reason its healthy, its not bad for you, and if your trying to lose weight it speeds up your metobolism. So eating organic is very good. Also you should eat organic because it realy puts you in a good mood.

  13. No. Unsustainable, expensive, etc.

  14. I eat some organic, and would eat more if it weren't so expensive.  I have read extensively about the food industry, food modification and the chemicals put on food and don't think it is wise to expose yourself to that sort of thing if you can help it.  Also, the chemicals we so freely spread around affect more than just the bugs they are trying to kill.

  15. I like organic and locally grown foods. I especially like organic meats and dairy.  The animals are treated a lot more humanely.  The locally grown foods is the most important thing for me though.  This means little to no shipping cost and it is always very fresh.  My dad raises chickens and free range farm fresh eggs taste better and are healthier for you.  Try it out some time.

  16. I try to, but it's usually more expensive than tainted food.  Every day people eat vegetables soaked in pesticides, growing in soil contaminated with chemicals, and meats that have been injected with growth hormones...and people wonder why diseases, cancers and autism are rampant nowadays.
