I've heard seaweed is a good source of minerals so I've just bought some wakame to try.It took me ages to find some real seaweed and not the cabbage you get from supermarkets. I didn't know there were different varieties, all I've ever heard of is laver as in bread and kelp as in tablets. Now I'd like some healthy ideas for using seaweed other than the one for a soup that is on the packet.
