Do you eat the gherkin in a McDonalds cheeseburger or do you pick it out?

I used to eat there like every other day when I was broke in college and I always picked the pickles out. Then I got 3 burgers in a row that tasted like warm, wet cardboard. No joke. They tasted exactly how I would expect warm, wet cardboard to taste. Haven't been to McDonalds in more than 5 years.

...cept for shamrock shakes of course.

i order the hamburgers so that i can specifically eat the sesame seeds and nothing else maybe thats y it takes like 500 hamburgers to fill be up

What is gherkin?  I see that some people said pickles... if that's what it is then yes, I LOVE them.  I steal my husbands when he's not looking!  Good Luck!

The gherkin is probably the healthiest part of a McDonalds Cheeseburger, so it would be the only part I'd eat!

i take it out, then eat the cheeseburger, then eat the gherkin, i love them so save it till last.

i was having a burger at work once and my boss walked passed and said dont you like gherkins and ate it. i could have swung for her lol

I eat the pickle in the McDonald's Double Cheeseburgers.  By the way, it's a dill pickle, not a gherkin.
