There's very little I won't read, other than westerns. I even broke that mold to some degree for Cormac McCarthy. My favorites are histories and historical fiction. Lately I've actually begun to devour mysteries at an alarming rate. It's weird, because I refused to read them for years. I guess there's a time for everything when it comes to me and literature!

I love Jane Austen and of course the Harry Potter Series.

I enjoy reading in ways that I can't even really articulate. Lately I've been  reading a lot of nonfiction (mostly about environmental issues), but memoirs and travel writing are also favorites.

I'm a bookworm.  And I'm a book addict.  I love to read and I love to buy books...even if I have no intention of reading everything I buy.  My plan is to have my own personal library in my home when I get a house with my man.  He already promised he'd build me Cherry Wood shelves for my books.  I can't wait!

As for what I like to read...mostly romance.  But I also enjoy mystery, murder, drama, comedy, and real life situations too.  I like stuff about fairies, witches, and vampires for "creatures" but I don't like goblins or aliens and those types of things.  I also enjoy books like the Chicken Soup ones with little true life stories from everyday people.  Stories that make you laugh and smile or cry tears of joy.  I'm an emotional person, so the slightest thing can make me cry (happy or sad tears).  My boyfriend makes fun of me when he sees me reading a book with tissues all over and tear streaks on my face.  LoL  I guess it is kinda funny now that I think about it.

Favourite is horror, historical novels and fantasy, but I am enjoying reading alsorts at the moment!

I'm a major book worm. I love the Stephenie Meyer series, of course. And Harry Potter. I'm a huge fan of Stephen King. The Shining is definitely my favorite book! I'll pretty much read anything. I love Meg Cabot's series, The Mediator. She makes me laugh!

I love reading so very much! Bookworm through and through here. I love all sorts of books, but my absolute favorite to read are historical fiction novels! My two favorites are Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follet and Autobiography of Henry VIII. I love it all though, seriously. I've read and loved twilight saga, Harry Potter books, Hobbit and LOTR. I've read and loved books about personal struggles like She's come Undone and Where the Heart Is. I've read scary books by Stephen King, John Saul, and Dean Koontz and loved those also. Then there are the classics like Count of Monte Crtisto and anything at all by Ayn Rand. I love those too! And adventure books by Clive Cussler or James Patterson, all good.

I guess I think reading is no fun at all if you lock yourself into only one genre of books. Variety is great!  I have acquired quite a taste for the historical fiction books over time though.
