Do you ever feel bad eating fast food?

so i bought mcdonalds today for the first time in about 2 years n was trying to get some breakfast till i found out that breakfast ends at an earlier time. i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. i ate half of 1 then i was like "i cant eat this" so i gave it to my dog. do you ever feel bad eating that stuff?

Yes...when I've gone a long time without greasy fatty food.  Two years is a good stretch to go and your body doesn't naturally need that type of grease and fat.  It could be mental but I'm betting it's your body and mind telling you it's not good for you.

No, McDonald's new chicken sandwiches for breakfast are delicious. Plus, when I eat fast food, I usually eat a salad and water.

yes.  But I think it's ok to splurge every once in a while unless your severely overweight.

my mind is so warped by everything ive heard about mcdonalds, for example.. like how unhealthy it is and supposedly gross and all, so thats what makes me guilty. i like it because its good and its fast, and almost always the most available thing around.

Of course. It's only natural to feel that way. We know it's bad for us and when we eat it the guilt oftentimes sets in.

I've dieted for about two years now.  I feel ok eating fast food mainly because I know it's practically a staple on American society.  The key is to eat what you think is as healthy as possible.  Yeah I feel like poo sometimes after eating it but not mentally.  Keeping to healthier foods has trained my body to pretty much reject fast food.  I'm not sure if this helps but this is my opinion.

a lamp for hour

i was at mc Donald's watching them make

that stuff everything in little draws pre cooked

slap it together,i found little bone in the meat and

met some who work there told me people

complain about it all time
