Happened to me once. I couldn't go on. The world was crashing down around me and I was really stressed with mid-terms. I just broke down.

i don't know why but sometimes strangely i find little things overwhelming and i tear up.

I feel like crying alot.  It really is healing to cry.  It releases the old

wounds and is a relief.  If you are crying like all the time, it could be depression.  If not, I wouldn't worry about it!

Just have a good cry!

yes! once in a while i will just break down! that because everything i go through i just let it build up and build up until i blow up!! and ill just be crying and pple look at me like why is that girl crying!lol

some people do that because their depressed and their not happy what's been going on with them so they seek change everytime they try to get happy someone puts them down and they feel like there's no change for them

YESS ahahaha sometimes when im very emotional. it could be a day or a week that ive gone through a lot of emotional stuff either getting angry, depressed etc i will feel like crying just to release tension. last week i was listening to this song by bradi carlile called the story and i started crying.  it just feels good. its perfectly normal. but if you dont want people to look at you and think your a little ***** go into the bathroom and sulk. its GREAT therapy

I feel like crying when I think about things. It's never really for no reason. It could be that nothing has happened to me to make me want to cry right then, but I have a reason.
