Do you ever feel like you are not alone when you actually are?

Its so weired, but its been happening more often to me lately, maybe because I'm actually all alone now.

But when I wake up in the morning I feel like someone is hugging me. I can actually feel warmth of someone behind me and hands around my waste. Only when I turn around I realize that no one is there.

Anyone felt the same way before?

What can cause this?

I have felt both of those, except I knew who it was behind me. My first awareness of spirits were that sense of being watched, and every once in a while, when I really need the extra love, my guardian angel will curl up with me.

What causes it... have you lost anyone recently? sounds to me like someone's comforting you....

It's the tail end of a pleasant dream.

Seriously.

If you don't believe me, do this.

Put a pen and notepad beside your bed. When you wake, write your thoughts.  Do this every morning. If you don't remember your dream, just write, first waking emotions.

Yes I have experience it many times in the pass three years.

I now know who it is and her name....my spirit guide Erica:) She came to comfort me, she hugs, holds my hand, helps me with my son.

The last time she came was about three months ago, she was hugging me in my sleep. I woke up to see her leave very fast, this time I got out a question, " what's your name" she whispered, "Erica"

Once I was asleep, I was very aware of what was going on...I felt her two hands on my back as she rolled me over on my side since I was asleep on the couch...she laid down and cuddle up to me and rub my back very nicely.

So basically your guide knows your spirit within and can feel your hurts...they know what you need, comfort....they are compassionate:) and like to (((hug)))

It seems you really do have a spirit with you. Or ..it could be someone astral traveling. As long as that's all their doing...you'll probably be ok...as long as you don't mind somebody  watching EVERYTHING you do..and I mean EVERYTHING!! If they try anything sexual..get them outa there or get yourself outa there!!
