  1. No, even if she's less mature. You have to accept people for who they are, especially life partners. You can't go into a relationship with the desire to change the other person. If you can't deal with the differences, maybe you shouldn't be together.

  2. Yes. Because I have to tell him to clean up after himself and brush his teeth....as I do with our 3 year old son! :)

  3. i used to,then i realised i wasnt 'raising' him i was 'conditioning' him to MY way....i got over it ,accepted him for who he is and my stress levels have reduced considerably!

  4. yes and im tired of doing  the job his parents failed to do

  5. I broke up with him, but before then, no. He had anger problems.

  6. I raise him all the time, well, he raises himself, i really cant control him in that respect.

Hes really sensitive to wemon, so i need to be careful when taking him out in public

  7. We are growing up together.  Both our parents did an okay job.

  8. No, he's very mature and confident.

  9. I can relate.  I've been in that situation more than I have wanted to be.

I'm a caring, open, understanding, accepting person.  As a result I seem to have attracted men who have sensitive qualities but need nurturing by me.

They lack motivation in their life, and needed my guidance and support for everything.  Not good at taking ACTION by themselves.

That's fine with me, as long as they are capable of getting by basically, not ok with me if they don't try.

  10. No, but I'm sure my wife does. She's doing a great job of it too.

  11. Often! and believe me it is very significant when raised!

Not only that I do it manually (or in other words once a year) as well!

  12. Yes, because I cook meals and then he expects all of meals cooked every day - not that I do this.  Plus if he does the dishes or cleans the house he expects praise and to be told he is a good boy.

Today he was hanging out some washed sheets and asked me to do it because he didn't know how.  I quickly told him how!
