I feel some of my life it wasted and i often want to spend more time with my mates but i am so busy i just cant, so its not wasted time, just regrets!

Well, they say that life begins at 40 so not counting the last 40 years, this last year hasn't been a total waste, I have actually lived more in this last year than the last 40 I think.

I have probably learned more about myself in the last 6 months than the last 40 yrs.

Yes though that is only a view you can take by looking back and that is not how we live our lives.  We are stuck in the 'now' and just trying to get through as best we can.  I have survived so far so that must mean I'm doing something right.
