Question:

Do you ever feel picked on?

I'm sorry I just have to vent. I try really hard at my job and I catch a lot of flak for a lot of things. Even my boss has told me it's because it's "Max" doing it or getting accused of it and I'm wondering what is so frickin' special about me that my punishment and degradation should be so much worse than everyone else's. I don't know. I just want to do my job and not have to worry about losing it. I've only had it for a year and already it's in jeopardy. Addmitedly I am somewhat hard-headed, but I take criticism well and I don't verbally abuse co-workers or customers. I just sometimes feel like there's this otherworldly influence blocking me at every turn. Has anyone else felt or does anyone else feel like this right now?

  1. Yes, but you need to either shrug it off and continue the way your comfortable or make a change to make others happy.  You need to be happy whatever your situation so if you need to find another job, go that route.  If you really think there is a problem at work, try asking your co-workers what they think of you and the way you work to see where changes might be made.
