  1. No - I only sleep on one side of my pillow, so when one side gets warm, you just turn over to get the other cool half, then roll back over when the first side's cooled down again.


  2. Sometimes, but I usually just move my head to the other side of the pillow.. much more easier then flipping the whole thing over.

  29. My boyfriend use to all the time, then I bought him a "chillow." Its like a gel insert you put on top of the pillow inside the pillow case. It keeps the pillow cool for hours!
