Do you ever get headaches from..?

Flat screen tv's or computer screens?

I get them all the time, especially HD tv's...I know a few other people who get headaches after watching tv on them too.

I'm just curious to see if it bothers anyone else...

Yeah the person who said it may be too bright was correct, as well as you may have too large of a screen for your viewing distance.

Bump down the brightness and reduce the contrast/picture setting to 60% or no more than 75%....

The INTENSITY of the picture can strain your eyes, resulting in headaches.....ESPECIALLY if you watch it with the room lights turned off.....

Now some people actually place a 40 Watt PINK BULB behind the TV set to wash the wall behind it with light....This reduces eye strain Immensely !  And that helps with the headaches....

it's probably because they're too bright.
