Do you ever have to show your license going through a pay toll on the interstate??

i was just wondering if for any reason they ever make you show your drivers license when you go to pay at a pay toll on the interstate

  1. No.  In fact, with electronic toll payments now possible with EZ-pass, Palmetto Pass, SunPass and others, you don't even have to deal with a human to pay a toll anymore.

    Others (Illinois leaps to mind) have totally automated toll gates, where you just throw coins into a basket and the barrier lifts.

  3. No i don't think you ever have to, and i don't really think they have the right to ask you for your license if your just going through the toll road. I've never had to do it and i've never heard of anyone having to do it, just give em the money and be on your way!
