Do you ever have trouble sleeping because you can't stop thinking about stuff?

  1. yea and after a couple of hours I'm like why the h**l I'm still awake and then I start to think why am I still awake, and goes on for hours

    every night  


  2. Everytime I will be thinking stuff then fall asleep..

    There are many simple steps you can take to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep. Here are some tips:

    - Minimize noise

    - Minimize light with window blinds

    - Avoid large meals within two hours of bedtime...

    There are more tips but I believe these are the most important tips...

    Just relax and you can think of whatever you want to think, but try to stay in bed and close your eyes!

  4. I do that alot when school is approaching.  And during the school year and I have projects due and all that c**p.

    I hate when that happens.  All I do is just lay there.  You will eventually get to sleep.  I try and think about a dream.  Hopefully when I do sleep, I can finish what I was thinking.

  5. Yes, there are times when I cannot sleep because there is just too many things happening at the moment and the mind focus' on those things rather than sleeping.

    The best thing to do is to try meditation on the breath where you focus only on the breathing in and breathing out.  Another thing to do is to drink camomile tea or hot chocolate before bedtime.

    If the problem persists see a doctor.  That is, if you still cant sleep after about three days then see a medical practitioner and let them know what is happening as the body can only take so much.

  6. Yeah i do aye!! If something is worrying me that particular day or has been bugging me i can't help but have this little voice battle going on inside my head and that keeps me up like all night. But i just concentrate on my sleep, think that tomorrow is a new day and that usually works.


  7. What I always do is yoga it helps me clear my mind. Just go on youtubeand search before bed yoga or they sell yoga discs at workout stores and gyms.
