Does anyone else ever notice that after a day or two without coffee or whatever daily morning caffeine boost, you appreciate it more than usual when you next have it? (ie. your in an amazing good mood, focus & energy all day, etc.)
This happened to me because I didnt have any coffee yesterday (I gave blood and heard it lowers your iron/hemoglobin). Today I had my usual amount and I had sooo much energy and focus. I aced two tests and then actually looked forward to my workout this afternoon... all after just 6 hours sleep.
It also happens on Monday mornings after not having coffee on the weekend... usually sat/sun I get a lot of sleep so I dont really need coffee.
