What do you think? CHEWING GUM is illegal in Singapore, littering and smoking in public are illegal, there is even a S$500 fine for "failing to flush a public toilet after use"....

Singapore is not a smart place to go unless you know how to conform, and plan on doing so completely; they take entirely too much glee in publically caning people who break the rules!

Yes. In underpasses, MRT stations, shopping areas, there are buskers. You need to obtain a license first though.
