lol that would be great...then we would be robots because hackers can re direct the neurons in our brain and control our actions....lol jk...there would need to be a great firewall on that and it would have to ommit low levels ov radiation because cell phones can fry our brains and what not....the early microwaves cooked your insides if you stood infront of it...but i admit that would be pretty cool to prove people wrong and know any language
