  1. I have no doubt that it will end.  Time marches on.

The question is this:  Why do you think that this is a significant event?

After all, the Earth is just a speck in the Universe.  There are trillions of planets out there....I don't think that, in the long run, the Universe will miss us.

  2. Yeah, I think it will, and we won't even be prepared for it. It's just going to come crashing down on us. =(

  3. it will definitely, one day.  but who knows in who's lifetime.

but if you dread it, there's always the (increasingly tangible) possibility that humans will continue, and find another habitat.

if you don't, on the other hand (like me), well at least it would certainly break up the monotony of human life.

  4. Physically speaking, the Earth will necessarily surrender its ability to harbor life. That day will occur when our central star--the sun--extinguishes itself.

I believe the estimated time frame is 15 billion years. This assumes no other gargantuan disaster strikes earth in the interim.

  5. Don't pay any mind to Bruce J. He seems to

believe that earth  was created for the rest of the universe.

That other planets matter more than the one we know about.

This world will pass. Dinosaurs are embedded existences

from text books in class; they never existed. Scientists have to use them to explain evolution. They even planted this idea into Children's Bibles to further their mission/cause.

The world will end exactly the way it was described in the Book of Revelation: The Rapture begins it all. Eventually,

the earth is destroyed and God give us a new Heaven and Earth. The only people who should truly be concerned over

this world coming to an end are the ones left behind after

    the Rapture/Second Coming of Christ.

    Peace/Joy

Thanks, for the thumbs down in advance.

But mere thumbs down doesn't make my statement

any less true. In fact, I pray for the souls of the ones

who don't believe. I'm not vindictive; not am I the Judge.
