Question:

Do you exercise for health?

I have been exercising daily for 23 years. I am discouraged when I constantly learn that probably 99% of everyone else do NO form of exercise.

Do you exercise? If so, how often what type of exercise do you do.

  1. i lift 12oz beer cans

    and walk bout 30feet or so to get another beer

    sometimes i jog/run to door if i get too over exercised

  4. I jog almost every day. I do it because I can't stop. So, although I'm neurotic..I am a fit neurotic.

  5. I exercise daily too.but I'm never really discouraged even though I'm surrounded by unhealthy ppl,I don't look up at them,anyway..

    I do tons of sit-ups daily,I jog three times a week,and also love to ski

    -Just because other people don't do it don't let that discourage you. I use to not exercise because I could not find anyone to "do it with me" but I realized that I do it for myself and for my health.

  11. I do pilates 3-4 times a week. I do it because it's relaxing, soothing, and it keeps me in shape. Sometimes I'll do dumbells.

  12. A few times a week, I like to hike, walk my dog or dance. I like to have fun while I'm exercising otherwise I wouldn't do it that much.

  16. yes, I go jogging every day to stay in shape for track. then I do other stuff like situps and pushups :)

    been in martail arts 33 years.

    i do various different programs throughout the year.changing every couple of weeks to keep well rounded.

    weight training

    pilates

    circuit training

    core traing

    plyometrics

    swimming

    biking

    i stay active and eat healthy.its a lifestyle for me.

  19. I try to (I know, cliche), but my work makes it difficult.  My hours change almost on a daily basis, so it has been difficult trying to get into a work out routine, but I am trying.

  20. Yes.  I exercise every day.  Bicycling, power walking, weightlifting (not body building), swimming, yoga.  I just want to maintain my body in the condition it has always been.

  21. yes and no i am a naturally lazy person i was raised in front of the tv. Now that i have a 5 yr old son i want to show him a different way of life than the one i had so i try to excercise every day 20- 30 min. jogging/walking i take my son w me and he can actually jog more than me , he plays soccer so i practice w/ him he actually has a lot of energy so he wares me out its really fun and i feel wonderful that hes outside getting excercis
