It was a long long time ago that it became obvious that the food you get at McDonalds doesn't look as tasty as the pictures they show you on the commercials.

Does anybody still think that they are going to get food that looks as tasty as what the commercial shows?

Isn't it about time we just see an actual picture in the advertisements of the food we will be getting if we spend our money at the restaurant?

  1. As long as I get the large amount of grease that I paid for, I'm fine.

  2. I was once in a Taco Bell and commented to the manager that my taco looked nothing like the picture over his head. His reply was that it was not false advertising since the picture showed everything that was on my taco. I wasn't buying it. I pointed out that on the picture the beef looks like it fills up 2/3 of the shell and there is much more cheese.  He came back by saying it's exactly the same amount but in the picture, (which shows a front view of the taco) the ingredients are all pushed up the the front end of the taco and not spread out across the shell !

  3. You should be glad you do not get that food! Most of the time it is not even cooked. They decorate the fare with things like paint and grease and cardboard, so the hot lights of the studio will not effect the picture. That is why you never see someone drink beer. It is oil and soap suds.
