  1. Nope! I'm always sacrificing to gain, its tough but you have to keep your eye on the prize in mind.

  2. Often false (wrongful  attachment to seemly  insignificant things)  like the monkey with it's hand in the jar ...wont let go of the nut ..so cant get it's hand out ...stuck for ever.....maybe ..?

  3. It depends on what you are sacrificing. If it is dear to you--your fear just shows that you truly understand what you are doing. Fear should not make decisions for you. Fear should lead you to ask someone wiser than you. If what you are sacrificing isn't that important, that really didn't require you to have to make a decision.

Also-challenge your fear--"If I mess the whole thing up--what is the worst that will happen?"

    Good luck

  4. I think we all have that fear or inhibition to truly do what we should. The outside pressures can become so overwhelming that sacrifice may at times seem abnormal and we may naturally resist the angel on our shoulder. I think the ones who sacrifice more for their own good usually become more successful in the end. Look at the sacrifice of people like doctors, lawyers, etc...
