  1. No. I feel he should have chosen Kay. B. Hutchinson shes more of a moderate then this gun toting Annie Oakley. Alaska might be a large state in Mass but it has the same amount of people as San Diego. She is a former mayor of a town with a population of 9,000. I worked for a Senator who was actually on the short list to be considered for VP and I can say the Senate is no cake walk. They mean business and it is pretty intense. Senators have much more experience with world affairs then a governor from Alaska. I've heard silly statements saying shes a mom of five if she can do that then she'll be a great VP??? What? That is one of silliest arguments I've heard. Ladies please think before you throw out nonsense. Being a mother is a wonderful blessing as I am one myself but that does not make a person capable of handling the VP slot. Whether your a Rep, Dem, Independent you should be worried if they win. I would have been less concerned if he had picked someone else. But this is pure pandering and he seems to not care at all about America he just wants to win. In the Beltway you better have someone who knows it!

  2. Yes she is hot

  3. I didn't realize you were such an expert on Gov Palin and the experience of governors in general. And some people might actually think that Alaska is a real state.

Aside from that, yes I feel comfortable with Gov Palin a heartbeat away from the presidency. She has proven to be tough and honest and have some common sense. That's alot more than some of the presidents we have had. She will learn alot in the next two months and will learn even more being VP. If anything should happen to president McCain I'm sure she could fill in nicely.

  4. More comfortable than with Hussein Obama being the President.

  5. do you really think obama can deal with

"this Election, the Economy and Iraq, she does not even know really why were over their, and how is she suppose to hold up and talk with world leaders and our enemies. how will she keep America safe?"

    cause i dont

  6. um... shes not a racist and shes not a drug user.... ill feel better if shes pres than obama

  7. Everone has McCain dead! If he dies Pelosi (Democrat will be vice)

    2 women in white House

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  8. Wow ok for start Alaska is part of America tard. Just because we are not connected doesnt mean we are not like the rest of you. Thats really all I have to say ask a question like this when you get some common sense please.

  9. I'm not worried cause those two aren't going to win America aint going for that c**p

  10. Palin who?

    Does that answer your question?

  11. Guess what?  I feel absolutely comfortable with Sarah Palin a heart beat away from the presidency.  She is probably more in touch with the average person than any other politician in office today.

Yeah, I can live with that.  Easily.

And, frankly, you have no clue yourself what she can or can't deal with.  She may be a political genius, for all you know.

Edit:  Link to your quote, down there, Bob?  Nah, probably not.

Nope.  Here is what Google says about your quote, top contributor, Bob:

No standard web pages containing all your search terms were found.

Your search - "Getting elected is more important to me than doing the right thing for America." "Getting elected is more important to me than doing the right thing for America." - did not match any documents.

  12. Much more than i do with Nancy Pelosi 2 heartbeats away from it. Think about it-she is third in line. Something happens to both the President and VP we are stuck with her.

Maybe you would be ok with that-but frankly that scares the h**l out of me. I'd rather have Palin any day than a Obama or a Pelosi.

  13. Dan Quayle with a fun pouch.

  14. h**l no....that old f**t should be impeached for just being on this planet.

If that's all the republicans got left they should just disappear altogether.

He's an old bore with a bio that sounds like a bad war movie aiming for the sympathy vote and she's got the balls he lacks.

NEITHER do America any justice and in fact set America back to worse times than the civil war era.

Many soldiers have fought and died in useless, sensless ward driven by hardcore republicans who sat in their ivory towers doing SQUAT.

    As Bon Jovi says....

Listen to the lyrics...the man is BRILLIANT.

Here let me spell it out for you....I know some of you will burn like holy water on satan listening to this:

    Ave Maria

Where is the justice in this world?

The wicked make so much noise, mother

    The righteous stay oddly still

With no wisdom, all of the riches in the world leave us poor tonight

And strength is not without humility

    It's weakness, an untreatable disease

And war is always the choice

Of the chosen who will not have to fight

What did BUSH do??  Read an upside down book while the world burned and 3000 lives were forfeited for a farce of a war.  FORGET that already???

  15. Another FEAR tactic...

The majority of VP's are bored to death, do nothing, end up doing nothing.

Palin will have 4 years to learn a lot, and if she plays it right, can be the next President in 2012.

She has executive experience, she leads the Alaska National Guard, and she will learn alot serving under McCain.

Odds are greater than 90 percent that she NEVER does a thing as President this term...

But could she?  I think so.

  16. I feel very comfortable thinking this fine lady might one day step up to the plate!!!

    McCain/Palin '08

  17. I feel a h**l of a lot safer with her a heartbeat away than Obama.

She has experience in legislature.. he has none.  She is a mother of five and holds down a career.. he does nothing but run for office.

And don;'t put down hockey moms.. they are better organized than most government agencies.  I know.. I am married to one.

An organized woman can do ten things at once and still put on her lipstick.  Obama has trouble even answering a question.

  18. Shes also a member of the NRA so she might have a little Heston in her- wanting to attack random THIRD-WORLD countries because "they are a threat to society"... She has absolutely no foreign experience so she would probably p**s a country off as Bush has done. She uses the Bible to value social issues so she believes homosexuals should be discriminated against and that women have to obey what the men say. Shes hypocritcal- shes a member of some Alaskan Conservation Society yet shes pro-drilling in Alaska. She wants oil companies to have even more power- they already control our daily life with the high gas prices, they control pretty much every OPAC country.

If McCain/Palin go into office: The US will attack Russia because "they are a threat to America" and Russia will retaliate with nuclear halocaust... good job republicans

    KUCINICH 2012!!

  19. If anyone can be governor why was california in the s***s with a Democrat governor.

    I wouldn't wory about it.

McCain will be around for 4 years and if not mistaken that will give Palin as much as experience if not more than Obama has right now.

  20. Yes.

  21. Of course not.  McCain has clearly said:

"Getting elected is more important to me than doing the right thing for America."

People can make all sorts of arguments, or bring up the other side, but they cannot claim Palin was the best choice for America (or even on the top 5); the best Republican to become President if the VP is required to.

McCain did not make a patriotic choice, he made a political choice. That's undeniable.

  22. I am more comfortable with Palin in the #2 seat than with Obama at the controls.

  23. Yes, oh yes...and here's why:

*Her approval ratngs as governor are the highest in the nation, never falling below 80%!

*She has a PROVEN track record as a reformer and has gone after corruption in both parties!

*She has drastically cut government waste as both mayor of Wasilla and governor of Alaska. Her first act as Mayor was to give herself a pay cut. As governor, she got rid of some excess staffers in the governor's mansion saying "I can make sandwiches for the children myself." She sold the state's private jet on e-bay. She returned federal government funds and put an end to the "Bridge to Nowhere". (There's more, but you would have to be pretty dense not to get the picture.)

*She choose to allow her Downs Syndrome child to be born, not giving just lip service to her Pro-Life stance.

*Under her leadership, the state coffers are overflowing...so much so that all citizens of Alaska will soon receive (or maybe already have) a tax rebate in the thousands, not the hundreds.

*She is Captain of the Alaska's National Guard. She knows what it is like to be a military commander. Even if on a smaller scale than Commnder and Chief, still much more than Obama or Biden can say.

*She has dealt with Russian President Putin on a fairly regular basis regarding fishing rights, etc. and has been proclaimed by him as one of the few American politicians he trusts. (This is especially helpful now with the whole Russia/Georgia situation. She has his ear and his respect...and doesn't Obama believe negotiation is the way to go in dealing with international crisis?!)

*She's one of us, not a Washington insider. Her working class credentials are impeccable. Her husband is even a member of the United Steel Workers Union. (That will be especially important to people in states like Pennsylvania and the steel mill workers there.)

As to the experience issue, she is the ONLY candidate (and I must include McCain in that) who has experience in the Administrative Branch of government as governor of her state. Senators are members of the Legislative Branch. Her 2 years as governor trumps Obama's 1 year as a Jr. Senator...most of that time being spent campaigning for the Presidency.

p.s. I can see why you would not want Obama mentioned since he suffers greatly by comparision with both McCain and Palin (even Biden for that matter...and I am no Biden fan).  However, the issue of how Obama compares with Palin is relevant and WILL be included in this answer...deal with it...

p.p.s. " she does not even know really why were over their"

I bet she does know when to use "their" and when to use "there"!  You obviously do not.
