So, you guys feel that if 5 witnesses watched a murder, that the killer should go free because, in the confusion, the arresting officer forgot to say the magic words?

  1. Rights are necessary no matter WHAT your name is!

    Miranda deserves rights just as you or I do.


  2. Yes, for the exact reason they were established.

  3. Yes, everyone should know their rights in order to prepare to defend themselves. Not everyone arrested is guilty.

  4. Yeap....so, people are treated fairly and properly. We have to thank the United States Sumpreme Court for that.
